About 

My name is Shivani Kanjerla and I am a rising sophomore in Northern VA. From a young age, my parents taught me to question everything and never believe without a through evidence. As a result, as a child I was very curious and imaginative. This drew my passion into STEM area because of its vast benefits. Currently, the STEM field is rapidly growing due to new advancements and innovations. Due to this, my attention was quickly drawn to participating in a multitude of activities. For instance, I am deeply ardent about technology which includes robotics and programming. As a result, I began to learn how to code in multiple languages, and over time, I have learned Java, javascript, game design, XHTML, HTML (1,2,3,4,5), CSS and have used C++. Additionally, this allowed me to participate in multiple hackathons and do both hack as well as policy based solutions. Moreover, I am interested about the field of medicine and have done courses regarding therapeutic healing methods, cancer development, and more. Within school, I am part of the Science Olympiad team, Model United Nations, the Math honor society, and robotics. All of the activities I pursued over my lifetime have ensued my love for science and its limitless future. They allowed me to research and delve deep into many hidden and overlooked topics. As a result, it is my goal that through this podcast I will be able to share my scientific ideals and values in order to educate others and support the STEM field.
